Welcome to the Café des Abattoirs !

It's official, the Rostang Père & Filles' last-born bistrot has arrived, just nearby the Place du Marché Saint Honoré:

 

a Meat and Wine Bar, daily opened

 

where it feels good seating down to table to enjoy the best of the butcher tradition, with refined meat selections respecting totally the products ("Black Angus" beef ribs, baby chicken "en crapaudine", beef ribeye steak from Brittany, "Basque" pork chop, leg of lamb like a "kebab", etc).

 

The Café des Abattoirs is born from sharing: big tables of family and friends through which the dishes run and where everyone tastes in its neighbour's plate. There is no "à la carte" but 3 set menus including the season appetizers for the whole table, a piece of meat, its garnish and a dessert or the camembert cheese.

From 6 pm, the bistrot's counter turns into a wine bar, offering a large choice of bottles, by the fillette or by the glass, and some cooked meats to savor: Iberico ham matured 22 months, "Bellota" dry sausage or chorizo, or kernel of Gascon pork.
