L'Absinthe, a second cuvée with a soft and woody signature

After the great success of our first Absinthe, we decided to expand the family and create a second special cuvee in collaboration with the Distillerie Guy.
This absinthe in limited edition (numbered from 1 to 120) is the result of an assembly of an full-bodied absinthe at 56 ° and an absinthe aged in oak barrel (from the forest of Troncey), during 18 months. The oak brings, in addition to the woody notes, aromas of vanilla, coffee and chocolate due to the provenance of the barrels.
The aging practiced for "luxury" absinthes rounded the aromas of anise and brings a sweetness and a length in the mouth close to an  absinthe sweetened with a spoon.

This new-born, whose the label was imagined and designed by the Axiome studio, is available in tasting at L'Absinthe (9.5 € per glass - 3cl) or takeaway (45 € a bottle - 50cl).
