Thursday 24th May, Yannick Lahopgnou, Odette's chef, will welcome Nicolas Beaumann, Maison Rostang's chef, for a 4-hands dinner.

During this evening, the chefs, 2 old friends, will converse through their plates enhancing the most beautiful product of the spring season.

 

Here is the menu they have composed for the occasion (90 euros in wine and food pairing):

The season amuse-bouche

Green asparagus served chilled, smoked pike roes and maltaise sauce emulsion

Red mullet and fricassée of girolle mushrooms, reduced consommé of a bouillabaisse

Fillet of sole poached with coconut milk, French-style garden peas 

/

Florentine-style heart of rack of veal, millefeuille layering of Swiss chard "au gratin" with bone-marrow

Crispy gavotte biscuit with red fruit, parsley sorbet
