The tapas of L'Absinthe, holiday air in the heart of Paris

L'Absinthe now offers its own tapas menu to be savoured on the terrace and with an absinthe-based cocktail or with one of the 50 absinthes on the list.

Chef Damien Laporte, compose a new tapas menu, based on fresh products, creating a holiday air for pre-dinner drinks.

Marinated salmon with gravlax sauce and warm potatoes, marinated fresh anchovies, sardines grilled with salted butter, razor clams cooked on tha plancha, call back the delicacies of the seaside...

For the carnivores, the homemade country-style terrine plays the terroir card and the lamb meatballs like a kebab, with their so many flavours, are an invitation to a trip near the Mediterranean Sea. Besides this menu, some season specials will be offered according to the market.

To savour from 6 to 8pm, from Monday to Friday.
